Cancellation policy
There is no cancellation fee if I am advised 48 hours before the start of your booking (this includes weekends and Public Holidays). There is a fee if you cancel within 48 hours (see below). The cancellation fee covers my costs.
From the start of your booking time
More than 48 hours notice = No charge
Between 24 hours and 48 hours notice = 50% of your booked appointment
Less than 24 hours notice including on the day (no-show) = 100% of your booked appointment
I am not liable for any failure to perform services due to events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, illness, or emergency situations.
This cancellation fee may be waived or negotiated at the discretion of the interpreter (me). If you have concerns/issues about these fees, please contact me. Note that if I can’t provide interpreting for you, there is no fee.
